About Your Presenters
Dr. Chase Gentilhomme
Physical Therapist- Owner of Thrive Physical Therapy
Chase enjoys practicing physical therapy with a fitness forward approach that combines manual therapy techniques and active movement in order to keep his patient's healthy and doing the things that they love.
Chase began CrossFit in 2011 and fell in love with the methodology, community, and competition and competed in Regionals in 2016. Chase has pursed advanced certifications in adaptive strength and conditioning and is now one of six to hold the Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) title in NH! He enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding, all with his pup Kona.
Chase served as an Officer in the United States Navy for 8 years, completing two deployments. His guilty pleasures include 90's action movies, chicken tenders, and Top Chef.
Dr. Danielle Temmen
Owner of Revitalized Performance
Danielle is a licensed physical therapist, and the founder of Revitalized Performance physical therapy. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to New Hampshire with her now husband in 2012 where she spent her time learning and growing as a physical therapist.
Danielle has 11 years of experience in orthopedic, post-operative and sports-related rehabilitation. She brings additional perspective as an weightlifter and spent the last 7 years specializing in the spine and receiving her MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) Certification through the Mckenzie Institute. Danielle lives to help others reach their physical goals so they can continue to execise and move painfree. Specifically, she utilizes manual therapy, functional dry needling, and emphasizes the use of exercise to allow patients to get back to the activities they are passionate about! Outside of the clinic, you can catch Danielle working out at CrossFit or spending time with her husband Zack and 2 year old son Gio.
